Easy access by High Speed Train (TGV)


The High Speed Train connects Bordeaux and Paris within 3 hours (25 trains/day) and Paris Charles de Gaulle airport within 4 hours (5 trains/day). Bordeaux’s train station is served by the airport shuttle as well as by tramway .

By air

Almost 50 European airports are served by regular flights, including major hubs such as Paris (20 daily flights, 6 of them towards the international airport of Roissy Charles de Gaulle), Amsterdam, London, Madrid, Geneva and Brussels.

Bordeaux-Mérignac international airport is located at 12 km from the city centre and 15 km from the convention centre.
A regular shuttle bus connects the airport to town centre in 30 minutes.
